About Me.
I have earned multiple master’s degrees, including Marriage and Family Therapy, Spiritual Science, and Spiritual Psychology with an Emphasis in Consciousness, Health, and Healing. This combination adds dimension and depth to traditional therapy and incorporates multiple theories including Person-Centered, Mindfulness, Gestalt, Narrative, Internal Family Systems, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, and DBT (all trauma informed, experientially focused, and integrated through the lens of Spiritual Psychology). Additionally, I am certified in Equine Assisted Growth and Learning and provide psychotherapy using a team approach involving horses.
With extensive experience in psychotherapy for individuals, groups, and families, I provide support in improving relationships and communication as well as creativity while addressing an array of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, social anxiety, grief and loss, relational conflict and navigating relationships with loved ones that struggle with addiction. My experience includes serving as an in-house psychotherapist for students at California Institute of the Arts and as Student Support Faculty for University of Santa Monica partnering with students in releasing patterns, increasing awareness, and facilitating deep spiritual growth.
